Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can you install after I place an order?
Typically within 24–48 hours (weather permitting). Priority scheduling is included in Black Glove packages.
Do you store my signs?
Yes — storage is included with all packages.
Will you store my lockbox?
Yes - lockbox storage is included with the Standard, Black Glove Lite, and Black Glove Full packages.
Can I request add-ons later?
Add-ons like riders, LED lights, or brochure boxes should be requested at time of order.
What areas do you cover?
Greater Charlotte & Raleigh–Durham and surrounding areas. Travel beyond core zones may include a $20 fee.
Are you open to expanding to other cities or states?
